Accounts Receivable Representative II

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Representative II (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Manage accounts receivable for assigned payers, including collections and follow-up on outstanding accounts

Review and forward manual claims to appropriate payers and document billing activity on patient accounts

Monitor claim rejections for trends and provide excellent customer service to patients and third parties

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent certification required; associate degree preferred

2 to 4 years of customer service and / or business office experience in a medical setting preferred

Knowledge of basic patient accounting processes and healthcare terminology strongly preferred

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word and Excel

Dependable in both production and attendance
