Pay rate :   $310 / hr - $315 / hr

Shift(s) Description : Need DAY and NIGHT shift providers 12hr shifts 7-7.

Details :

Beds : 16

Patients per day : 60

24 hours of physician coverage 7a-7p 7p-7a

APP - 4 days 12 hour app and

3 days of 18 hour app 10am -8pm per day

No trauma level

No Call

Submission Requirements

• Board Certified in EM, consider FM or IM with ER experience-  REQUIRED
• Active SC License or an active FCVS account  REQUIRED
• Must be able to provide 2 years of case logs and complete moderate sedation

Note :   All travel, lodging, car rental or mileage coverage, and malpractice with tail are covered.
