A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist who is responsible for the day-to-day execution of benefits administration processes.
Key Responsibilities
Review and reconcile monthly carrier invoices against HRIS eligibility data and payroll deductions
Audit eligibility files and support HRIS-to-vendor file feeds to ensure data accuracy
Support open enrollment processes and maintain benefits tracking logs and audit documentation
Required Qualifications
4+ years of benefits administration experience
Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
2+ years of carrier invoice reconciliation and billing analysis experience
Experience working with HRIS and vendor platforms
Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and formula-based reconciliation
