Imagine starting your morning by greeting a new customer on the phone, listening closely, and entering their order with care. You coordinate shipping details, verify everything is correct, and later in the day you send an invoice and process a credit card payment. Between calls, you keep our daily, weekly, and monthly reports current and tidy up essential office tasks so the team can move quickly. By late afternoon, you’ve supported several customers, ensured orders go out on time, and set the next day up for success.
What you’ll do
- Field inbound calls from both new and returning customers with a helpful, professional tone.
- Enter orders accurately, coordinate shipment, and confirm details are correct from start to finish.
- Prepare and send customer invoices, including processing credit card payments securely.
- Maintain routine operational reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly cadence.
- Handle essential office support : filing, data entry, copying, and general administrative tasks.
What you’ll bring
