As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with tenants and visitors, and provide outstanding customer service. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and address security-related concerns.

Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated areas to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain a visible presence throughout the location.

Document and report any security-related incidents, observations, or unusual activity according to site protocols.

Collaborate with property management and / or local law enforcement as needed to support security-related operations.

Maintain knowledge of site-specific procedures and protocols to provide appropriate responses to various situations.

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
