The Senior Customer Success Supervisor leads a high-volume order management and customer service operation supporting major commercial accounts. This role ensures operational excellence across EDI, purchase orders, and fulfillment, driving accuracy, team performance, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong production or manufacturing process knowledge who thrives in a growth-focused environment.
