A company is looking for a Service Desktop Technician Tier 2 to provide level 2 and desk-side support for various devices.
Key Responsibilities
Provide desk-side and phone-based support to technical and non-technical staff
Develop new technical solutions and systems to achieve functional objectives
Create and monitor tickets in ServiceNow and assist with advanced technical issues
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical support role
Familiarity with both Windows PCs and MacOS X workstations
Active Directory Management experience
Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or Associates degree with 10+ years relevant experience
Certifications such as Microsoft MCP, Apple ACSP, or CompTIA A+ / Net+ are desired
