Responsibilities :
Custom Solution Development : Design, code, and test programming changes to resolve complex issues and deliver new business functions for critical generation and nuclear application systems.Collaborative Design & Strategy : Partner with cross-functional teams and business users to translate high-level requirements into detailed technical designs, system architectures, and robust test plans.System Integration & Alignment : Ensure all digital solutions, including Maximo and API integrations, are perfectly aligned with existing IT standards, infrastructure, and overarching business goals.Security & Compliance Stewardship : Proactively manage application security and data integrity to ensure strict compliance with corporate policies and federal regulations, including NERC, SOX, and 10 CFR 810.Performance & Reliability Management : Lead defect resolution and optimize system performance using Agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of reliable and sustainable energy solutions.Technical Environment Support : Maintain and modernize application environments using .NET, React, and Oracle PL / SQL, while supporting business continuity and application recovery efforts.Qualifications and Requirements :
Educational Foundation : Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience) with 2–4 years of relevant IT experience.Full-Stack Development : Proven proficiency in application development using .NET and React, complemented by a strong understanding of HTML and web-based software solutions.Database Expertise : Minimum of 2 years of experience with Relational Databases, specifically demonstrating advanced skills in Oracle PL / SQL and SQL.API & Integration Skills : Hands-on experience with Web Services (API / REST development) and familiarity with integration platforms like Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) or GoAnywhere.Enterprise Tooling : Technical familiarity with Maximo (development or integration), Automic (UC4), and cloud-based environments like Azure.Agile & Version Control : Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, including hands-on experience with Jira, ServiceNow, and source control best practices using GitHub.Analytical Reporting : Ability to utilize reporting platforms such as Power BI to analyze data, alongside experience in business continuity planning and application recovery.Professional Soft Skills : Demonstrated leadership and communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction, analytical problem-solving, and the ability to document complex technical issues.Benefits and Perks :

The hourly pay rate for this position is $35 - $47 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
