Job Title : Powder Coater

Job Description

This role involves effectively performing all duties of a powder coating sprayer, including but not limited to surface preparation, powder coating application, curing, and inspection to ensure an acceptable finished product.

Responsibilities

• Follow standardized procedures, principles, and practices of powder coating application.
• Operate all coating equipment, including guns, hoppers, and booth collection systems; familiarity with GEMA systems is a plus.
• Ensure that all components are produced and coated efficiently, meeting company-established quality and delivery goals.
• Load and unload parts in a mainline or custom booth setting.
• Maintain a working knowledge of the mechanics and basic repair of powder coating equipment.
• Perform proper cleaning and preventative maintenance on equipment, ensuring 5S readiness of the work area.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $33.22 / hr.
