Our client, a leader in manufacturing and automation, is seeking a Technical Training Manager to join their team. As a Technical Training Manager, you will be part of the Workforce Development Department supporting operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

What's the Job?

• Develop and deliver technical training for automated server assembly, robotics, and process improvements.
• Create and maintain curricula and training materials for new hires, process changes, and equipment upgrades.
• Integrate safety, quality, and standard operating procedures into all training programs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety policies, and regulatory standards, including tracking certifications and audits.
• Assess training effectiveness through metrics, performance data, and employee feedback to continuously improve programs.
