Responsibilities :

• Educate distributors, Factory Direct representatives, and Service Technicians on PACE GPS product.
• Execute in-person training and system testing during PACE delivery to customers.
• Forecast future needs related to shipments, inventory levels, and fluctuating priorities.
• Develop strategies with Sales Reps, Regional Directors, and leadership team to navigate competitive advantages and deal positioning.

Identify process improvements throughout delivery and training activities and establish policies and

procedures to provide necessary customer service and promote good customer relations.
