Our growing surgical dental practice is looking for an exceptional Patient Coordinator to be the welcoming face and guiding voice for our patients. This role is perfect for someone who excels at communication, values teamwork, and brings a positive, growth-minded attitude to everything they do.

What You’ll Do :

Greet patients with warmth and professionalism—making them feel informed, comfortable, and cared for

Clearly explain treatment plans, scheduling, and financial details

Coordinate appointments and support clinical and administrative teams

Serve as a key communication link between patients, doctors, and staff

Contribute ideas and embrace opportunities to grow personally and professionally

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

Dental or surgical practice experience is a plus (but not required for the right fit!)
