Full-time 8 : 00am - 4 : 30pm on-site in Covington, KY

We are seeking a reliable, professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our office. Answer and route phone calls; Represent the company professionally in person, by phone, and via email

Perform basic office support tasks including filing, scanning, copying, and mail handling

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office

Enter data accurately and assist with document management

Professional, friendly demeanor with strong customer service skills

Bilingual in English and Spanish ( required )

Basic proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel

Ability to handle confidential information appropriately

Willingness to learn company systems and basic construction / industrial painting terminology
