Position Overview : We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Engineering Manager to join our team in Sioux Falls. The ideal candidate will be a licensed Professional Engineer with a strong background in Land Development, Water Resources, or Transportation engineering. This leadership role requires a hands-on project manager who can guide technical teams, manage client relationships, and oversee multiple projects from inception through completion.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and mentor engineering teams across Land Development, Water Resources, and Transportation projects

Manage project budgets, schedules, and client communications to ensure timely and successful delivery

Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to meet project objectives

Uphold high standards of engineering excellence and compliance with regulatory requirements

Contribute to business development and strategic growth initiatives

Qualifications :

Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in South Dakota or ability to obtain licensure

Minimum 8 years of experience in Land Development, Water Resources, or Transportation engineering

Proven project management experience with a track record of delivering complex projects

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
