A company is looking for a Documentation Specialist responsible for creating and maintaining operational documents.
Key Responsibilities
Create, write, and revise operational documents, including SOPs, process flows, and training materials
Manage the organization's document management system to ensure proper storage and access
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and perform audits of documentation for accuracy
Required Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
2-3 years of experience in a documentation or operational role in a regulated industry
Proficiency with document management systems, such as SharePoint
Familiarity with financial terminology and regulations is desirable
Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
