Job Description :

We are seeking a Sr. Specialist Supplier Quality Engineer to join and support our Quality Supplier team at our Redmond WA facility.

Essential Functions :

• Work closely with Planners Program Quality Engineers and Receiving Inspection to resolve supplier issues.
• Visit suppliers and perform product acceptance of electrical assemblies. Interface with internal and external customers; i.e. engineering manufacturing supplier procurement to ensure requirements are met. Analyze supplier processes and planning to verify compliance with purchase orders engineering drawings processes specifications etc. Work with suppliers to resolve issues with purchase order inspection packages. Investigate and report supplier quality history as requested by quality engineering or Quality & Mission Assurance (Q&MA) management.
• Visit suppliers and perform investigation and root cause analysis to drive improvements into their processes. Be accountable for assigned suppliers performance and ensure suppliers are performing with a 100% quality rating.
• Visit suppliers to review technical quality and other contractual requirements and ensure the supplier has an adequate understanding to develop a plan to meet all the requirements. Review the suppliers plans for adequacy and ensure all requirements are met. This includes pre-award post award manufacturing readiness and other periodic reviews as requested.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements the salary range for this role in Seattle and Washington State is $94000-$175000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
