Insight Global is seeking a dynamic and emotionally intelligent project coordinator to lead the product design team in delivering high-impact digital initiatives. This role requires a proactive leader who thrives in ambiguity, fosters collaboration, and drives accountability across diverse teams and delivery models. This person should have the ability to facilitate and solve opposing views to get to an aligned approach or decision. Strong ability to manage the decision-making process, including managing up and holding people accountable to deadlines. They should have experience with Figma and understanding design concepts. Additionally, have experience from connected TV, OTT, and VOD platforms.
