Job Title : Project Manager - Steel Ornamental Construction

Location : Amityville, NY (Travel required throughout NYC and the five boroughs)

Salary Range : $100,000 - $130,000 annually (flexibility may be considered based on experience)

Position Summary :

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with a strong background in steel ornamental construction to lead and oversee commercial renovation projects. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working for a steel construction company and managing steel ornamental projects, including apartment complexes, townhouses, and other commercial properties. This role is based in Amityville, NY, and requires regular travel to project sites across New York City and the surrounding boroughs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage steel ornamental construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and internal teams to ensure efficient project execution.
• Conduct regular site visits across NYC and the five boroughs to monitor progress and resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and permitting requirements.
• Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Oversee procurement of steel materials and ornamental components, ensuring timely delivery and cost control.
• Resolve on-site challenges and maintain high standards of craftsmanship and safety.
• Lead final inspections and ensure client satisfaction with completed work.
