This position is currently eligible for a $500 bonus upon 90 days of employment.
- The Intensive In-Home Lead / Therapist is required to have provisional or full licensure (LCSW, LCSW-A, LMFT, LMFT-A, LCMHC, LCMHC-A) in the state of North Carolina
- The Intensive In-Home Lead / Therapist position also requires experience working with children and adolescents with a mental health diagnosis.
- The Intensive In-Home Lead / Therapist position duties include providing oversight and administrative / clinical supervision to the other Intensive In-Home team members, performing initial interviews, conducting comprehensive clinical assessments, and assisting with developing person-centered plans (PCP).
- Intensive In-Home Lead / Therapist will monitor the progress and effectiveness of the strategies and interventions outlined in the PCP and provide therapeutic interventions for the individual and / or family within the Durham and Wake County areas.
- Approximately 65% of the caseload is in Durham County.
- There is a 60 / 40 face to face requirement per Intensive In Home Team.
- The Intensive In-Home Lead / Therapist will provide intensive case management and crisis management, assist with formulating and coordinating discharge and after-care planning.
- The Intensive In-Home Lead / Therapist will attend all required clinical meetings and provide individual and group supervisions as needed.
- The Intensive In-Home Lead / Therapist will assume on-call responsibilities and completes all other related tasks assigned by the Intensive In Home Director.
