Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of retention account managers and strategists to enhance client retention outcomes
Own the strategic direction and execution of retention programs, ensuring quality and measurable business impact
Manage the P&L for the retention function, identifying growth opportunities and supporting sales efforts
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in retention, lifecycle, or email marketing within ecommerce / DTC environments
3+ years of people leadership experience, including hiring and performance management
Deep understanding of lifecycle strategy, performance metrics, and subscription models
Proven ability to translate data into actionable business strategies
Experience in managing financial outcomes, including P&L responsibility
