Temporary Housekeeper

Schedule : Every Fridays & Saturdays Only - 7am- 3 : 30pm

Starting : Friday, 12 / 12 / 25 - job last at least 4 weeks possible extension

Pay rate : $17 / hr.

Job Description :

The Housekeeper / Janitor maintains property both indoors and outdoors; conducts routine property checks to ensure they are clean and well maintained. Assists the Maintenance Technician as needed with repairs and common area cleaning.

Responsibilities :
  • Sweeps
  • Mops
  • Scrubs
  • Vacuums Common Area’s
  • Empties Common Area Trash

    • Grounds Maintenance including :

    • Mowing
    • Trimming
    • Weeding
    • Raking
    • Leaf disposal
    • Watering
    • Maintains all Parking Areas
    • Sweeps and Blows all Landings
    • Power Washes as Needed

      • Essential Functions :

      Must be reliable and responsible to get to work on time.

      Must be willing to pick up garbage / trash around property

      1+ Year of Related Janitorial or Grounds Experience

      Work location : Kakaako Area
