CNC Machinist

Technical Solutions Inc. is currently seeking a CNC Machinist on behalf of our client, a Pittsburgh area manufacturer. The CNC Machinist will utilize Lathes, Vertical Milling Machines, CNC to machine and assemble Custom Designed Precision Tooling

Requirements : -Able to read Blueprints to Machine Shop Tolerances of up to a + / - .0005'-Knowledge of Machine Shop Methods as a Tool & Die Maker with a Background in Precision Machining on Conventional Machines (Milling, Grinding, Turning)-Understanding of Proper Cutting Speeds and Feeds-Experienced in working with various metals and alloys and capable of checking finished part to drawing-2+ years of experience in operating and setting up Conventional Tool Room Machinery, fine-tuning Precision Tooling and a very good mechanical understanding-Team Player-Demonstrate your Programming and Set-up talent with HAAS CNC Lathes and Vertical Machining Centers
