Overview

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day hospital operations and provide strategic leadership, planning, development, direction, coordination and control of patient care, clinical and support service areas.
• Work collaboratively with leaders and staff to ensure quality patient care is delivered cost‑effectively.
• Plan and direct short‑ and long‑term objectives / goals to meet financial and non‑financial goals.
• Align people, processes, and strategies to execute business objectives.
• Attract, train, develop, and retain talent to meet business needs.
• Drive revenue growth through new business strategies and overall performance improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and policies.
• Communicate key information to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Pay Transparency

Prime Healthcare Management Inc. offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package. Estimated starting compensation is $270,000.00 to $300,000.00 annually (including benefits). The exact offer will be based on qualifications and experience.
