Job Details

Imaging Services Rep Supervisor Job Summary :

Supervises front desk staff, manages staff schedules, trains new staff, manages deposits, comes up with action plans to improve efficiency and volume

Successfully coordinates patient scheduling and registration for radiology procedures and / or testing

Supports the expansion of the Radiology Department's business development, by establishing good working relationships with physician's offices and patients

Imaging Services Rep Supervisor Requirements :

HS Diploma / GED required, Bachelor's Degree preferred

Supervisory or Lead experience preferred

Ability to multi-task in fast paced work environment

Previous hospital scheduling, registration and insurance benefit verification and certification experience required

Medical terminology, CPT coding and strong customer service skills needed

Salary Range

USD $29.67 - USD $35.61 / Hr.
