A company is looking for a Senior Data Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and interpret large and complex recruiting datasets to provide insights on various metrics
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor recruiting performance and diversity hiring goals
Lead projects using predictive and advanced analytics to forecast hiring demand and evaluate recruiting strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Analytics, Mathematics, or Statistics
5+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in human resources or recruitment
Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in Excel, including Macros and PivotTables
Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI and applicant tracking systems
Knowledge of predictive modeling or programming languages (Python / R) is a plus
