A company is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to transform complex healthcare data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze various operational data to identify trends, cost drivers, and opportunities
Support actuarial and underwriting decisions through analysis and reporting
Build and maintain dashboards and reports for organizational leaders
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in data analysis or a related quantitative role
Strong fluency in SQL and experience with large datasets
Advanced skills in creating dashboards using tools like Tableau or Mode
Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus
Familiarity with data transformation tools like dbt and Git
