Position Summary

As an attorney, you will represent clients in various legal matters, provide strategic legal advice, and manage a caseload. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and passionate about advocacy. Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload and represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies aligned with client goals.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and guidance throughout the legal process.
• Collaborate with paralegals, legal assistants, and other team members to ensure high-quality case management.
• Participate in firm meetings, continuing education, and professional development opportunities.
• Contribute to the development of Burnham Law's presence in Houston through professionalism, client care, and community involvement.
