SUMMARY
This job works under minimal supervision to direct operation of program or project, exercising independent judgment and authority as required.
The ideal candidate should possess strong program coordination experience with the ability to plan, launch, and manage research initiatives and events such as seminars, conferences, and departmental meetings. Excellent communication and marketing skills are essential for developing and managing newsletters, SharePoint content, and social media platforms while ensuring consistent branding. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using Power Bl and Excel is required to compile and present metrics for leadership. The candidate should have experience supporting grant programs, maintaining trackers, and creating surveys, as well as managing budgets and fund allocations. Technical expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and REDCap is necessary, along with strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with faculty, research teams, and administrative staff.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree In Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Education / Social Science, or related field
5 years Experience in appropriate field or
May consider additional years of experience in lieu of education.
