Description of duties:

• Investigate and repair leaks, and perform repairs and replacements in accordance with industry standards
• Inspect and maintain roofs (TPO, metal, modified bitumen, build up, shingles, etc) to ensure they are structurally sound and weatherproof
• Communicate with clients, answer questions, and guidance with protecting their greatest investment
• Follow safety procedures with ability to wear appropriate safety gear, such as hard hats, safety glasses and harnesses, and use non-slip shoes when working on ladders or scaffolds
• Climbing ladders and scaffolding, and paying close attention to ensure that you will not put anyone at risk in a construction environment (Safe Work Space)
• Perform heavy lifting with the ability to twist, bend and use both hands and arms
• Handling of proper paperwork and technology (Company Cam) for reporting

• Leak Detection
• Effective Tie Ins
• Basic Metal Installation
• Job/Material Layout
• Wall/Curb Flashing

Skills & requirements:

• Punctuality and excellent time management
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong physical stamina and balance
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Proven knowledge of roofing systems and repairs
• Knowledge of various roofing materials and techniques
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
• Proficiency in using roofing tools and equipment
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to adhere to safety guidelines and protocols

Compensation: $15-$25/hour
