ABOUT NAPAWF
Founded in 1996 by 100 Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) women, NAPAWF (National Asian Pacific American Women's Forum) is the only organization dedicated to empowering AAPI women and girls and gender non-conforming folks to impact policy and drive systemic change in the U.S. NAPAWF is building a movement for social, political, and structural change by building a multilingual, multigenerational membership that encompasses the diversity of the AAPI community.
Employing a reproductive justice framework, we use organizing, advocacy, and communications strategies to assert full agency over our lives, our families, and our communities. The organization also stands in solidarity with other women of color facing oppression and marginalization. NAPAWF focuses on three core issues employing an intersectional approach that holistically centers the experiences and stories of AAPI women and girls :
POSITION SUMMARY
The Development Coordinator plays a foundational role in advancing NAPAWFs fundraising and resource development efforts. This position is responsible for ensuring strong development operations, accurate donor data, and consistent stewardship practices that help build trust with funders, donors, and partners.
This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who is interested in growing their skills in nonprofit fundraising and development operations. The Development Coordinator supports the behind-the-scenes work that makes effective fundraising possible and contributes directly to the organizations financial sustainability and mission impact. This role includes occasional travel to support fundraising events and donor engagement activities.
LOCATION
This position will work remotely from Washington, DC and will require some travel for retreats, convenings, and events.

The annual salary range for this position is $65,000-$70,000 - salary commensurate with experience.
