Pay Rate : $22 - $28 DOE

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day maintenance needs across commercial and residential properties. The ideal candidate has strong general repair skills and can perform minor electrical work, light plumbing, basic carpentry, and routine preventative maintenance. This role is best suited for someone who is dependable, safety-focused, and confident working independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs across building interiors and exteriors
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical issues (outlets, switches, fixtures, etc.)
• Complete light plumbing repairs, including unclogging drains, repairing leaks, replacing fixtures, and basic pipe work
• Conduct minor carpentry tasks such as drywall patching, door repairs, and hardware installation
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and building systems
• Inspect facilities for potential safety or maintenance concerns
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and safe condition
• Communicate effectively with property managers, tenants, and team members
• Document work performed and report needed repairs that require specialized contractors
