Commercial Underwriting Associate

A company is looking for a Commercial Underwriting Associate.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming and follow-up calls, providing superior customer service

Research policy information and exercise underwriting authority while processing policy change requests

Escalate risks beyond designated authority to appropriate personnel

Required Qualifications

One (1) year or more of related Property & Casualty experience

High School diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred

Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in typing, spreadsheets, and CRM applications

Dependable and reliable with a self-driven work ethic
