Genesis10 is seeking a Salesforce Developer : III (Senior). This is a hybrid 3-month contract-to-hire position with a client in Columbus, OH.
Compensation : $50.00-60.00 / HR W2
Job Description :
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer for our growing Salesforce Center of Excellence (COE). The chosen candidate will join a balanced Agile product team of 6-8 talented Salesforce professionals.
As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing inventive, effective Salesforce solutions.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the design and development of Salesforce features leveraging the full range of Salesforce capabilities (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, etc.)
- Collaborate with the product team members to refine requirements, provide technical recommendations, and ensure alignment with business goals
- Ensure the quality and security of Salesforce solutions
- Mentor developers, providing guidance and support
- Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise solutions, using APIs, web services, and partnership with MuleSoft
- Participate in Agile iterations and ceremonies, including spring planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Collaborate with teams to ensure effective version control and stable integration environments
