Title Processor

Location : Summerfield, FL (On-site)

Overview :

A busy title company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Title Processor to support the team in preparing and coordinating real estate closings. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing smooth and efficient closing experiences for clients.

Responsibilities :

Open and manage title orders from contract to closing.

Review contracts, title commitments, and supporting documentation for accuracy.

Obtain and verify payoffs, HOA statements, and lien searches.

Communicate with agents, lenders, and clients to collect required information.

Work closely with closers and escrow officers to prepare files for settlement.

Ensure all documents are compliant and properly filed before closing.

Qualifications :

1 2 years of experience as a Title Processor or similar role in a title or escrow office.

Knowledge of title insurance, settlement statements, and real estate documentation.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Familiarity with title software such as SoftPro, ResWare, or RamQuest.

Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
