PromoMats Project Manager

A company is looking for a PromoMats Project Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities :

Manage resources throughout the approval process from creation to AFD, ensuring alignment with standards

Coordinate feedback and reviews for 3rd parties and maintain campaign asset lists and job status

Track changes during co-creation and build content cards in the Assembler template

Required Qualifications :

Strong understanding of Veeva Vault PromoMats and the approval process

Experience working in a regulated environment

Strong content management experience

Familiarity with AMA guidelines for referencing

Able to work in a dynamic, agile environment
