Position : Nutrition & Regulatory Consultant

Compensation : $50 - 85 / hour, depending on experience

Location : Atlanta, Georgia

Join a dynamic team as a Nutrition & Regulatory Consultant, where you'll play a vital role in supporting two major brands. This position offers a hybrid working environment with opportunities for onsite collaboration. The role is open due to a backfill need, and the company is eager to hire swiftly to ensure seamless knowledge sharing and cross-training. Key Responsibilities & Duties :

• Manage and maintain recipes in ESHA Genesis
• Ensure accuracy of nutrition and allergen data
• Monitor FDA and local menu labeling regulations
• Collaborate with QA, R&D, and Marketing teams
• Support monthly LTO launches and data validation
• Review training materials for allergen accuracy
• Track policy changes impacting menu compliance
• Attend cross-functional meetings for data updates
