Maintenance Inventory Project – St. Charles, IL
Job Description :
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Inventory Project Associate to support a large-scale inventory initiative at our facility in St. Charles, IL. The ideal candidate will assist with organizing, tracking, cataloging, and maintaining maintenance-related inventory to ensure accurate records and smooth facility operations.
Pay : $18.00 / HR
Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM
Benefits : Medical, Dental, AD&D
Responsibilities
- Audit and organize maintenance parts, supplies, and equipment
- Label and catalog inventory into tracking systems
- Conduct physical counts and compare results with system records
- Assist with the development of an improved inventory layout and storage system
- Identify missing or low-stock items and report needs to supervisors
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work collaboratively with maintenance and operations teams
- Perform other duties as assigned
