Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of ~70+ financial institution accounts, focusing on renewals and expansions
Build and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders to understand their needs
Drive renewal execution and identify upsell opportunities to achieve quota targets
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success, preferably in SaaS
Experience with renewals and expansions in a quota-responsible role
Familiarity with financial crime compliance or related domains
Proficient with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce
Ability to manage a high-volume book of business with competing priorities
