Nation Security is hiring professional and dependable Bilingual Security Officers (English / Spanish) to join our dedicated team. In this position, you will play a vital role in protecting employees, visitors, and property while creating a safe and welcoming atmosphere. Key Responsibilities :
- Perform routine patrols to maintain a visible security presence and deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor and safeguard property, ensuring a safe environment for employees, visitors, and clients.
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and regulations to uphold safety and compliance standards.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, providing appropriate support as needed.
- Accurately document all incidents and observations in detailed reports to support security operations.
- Provide professional and courteous assistance to visitors and staff, delivering excellent customer service.
- Collaborate effectively with on-site teams and, when necessary, coordinate with local authorities to maintain overall safety.
