Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various commercial settings. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties

Perform custodial tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in assigned areas.

Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas to ensure a hygienic environment.

Handle commercial cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently.

Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.

Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to meet company standards.

Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while performing duties.

Experience

Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.

Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and techniques is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
