Greet customers with warmth and professionalism, guiding them through their shopping experience.

Educate customers on product types, strains, consumption methods, and effects.

Perform front-of-house functions such as check-in, call center, and budtending as trained.

Maintain accurate cash handling and transaction records while following company and state compliance protocols.

Assist in keeping the sales floor stocked, clean, and visually appealing.

Communicate effectively with coworkers and management to ensure a smooth, efficient operation.

Stay informed on new products, cannabis trends, and company procedures.

Support daily operations with a positive, team-oriented attitude.

What You'll Need

High School Diploma or GED required.

At least one year of retail or customer service experience preferred.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Must meet all state requirements for cannabis industry employment.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
