About your role :

At Fiserv we are dedicated to transforming financial services technology to benefit our clients. As a Software Development Engineering - Advisor II you will play a critical role in designing developing and maintaining high-quality software applications. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that align with our business goals and client needs.

What youll do :

Lead the design development and implementation of software applications to support Fiservs business goals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Perform coding testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Maintain and improve existing codebases and lead peer review processes.

Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to enhance team capabilities.

Experience youll need to have :

6 years of experience in software development

3 years of experience in Java C C# C or similar programming languages

3 years of experience in SQL databases

3 years of experience in AWS Azure or GCP services

3 years of experience with CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices

3 years of experience with Agile methodologies

6 years of an equivalent combination of educational background related experience and / or military experience

Experience that would be great to have :

Experience in the financial services industry
