Director of Licensed Psychology

A company is looking for a Director, Licensed Psychologist to lead its national autism diagnostics program.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the full scope of autism diagnostic services, ensuring quality and operational efficiency across multiple states

Recruit, mentor, and manage a national team of licensed psychologists, guiding best practices for evidence-based autism assessments

Set and uphold standards for evaluation procedures, focusing on ADOS-2 administration and interpretation for children ages 18 months to 8 years

Required Qualifications

Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology

Active, unrestricted psychologist license in at least one U.S. state, with PSYPACT eligibility or willingness to pursue it

Extensive experience conducting autism diagnostic evaluations using ADOS-2 and other assessments

Proven leadership experience in clinical operations or diagnostic program development

Strong grasp of DSM-5 criteria and ability to translate clinical findings into family-friendly language
