Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for North America positions, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
Serve as a trusted resource for employee relations, compliance, and talent development
Oversee the annual performance review process and maintain accurate employee records for audits
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role supporting U.S.-based employees
Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Must reside in the U.S. full-time in either the Eastern or Central time zones
