Job Type : (2) Part-Time unarmed security officers

Salary : $20 / hr ($16,640-$19,040 w / o benefits)

Environmental Air Systems (EAS) is a leading provider of custom HVAC solutions, committed to quality, safety, and innovation. We are currently seeking (2 )Part-time Security Officers to join our team and help ensure the safety and security of our facilities, employees, and assets located in the Triad area.

Job Responsibilities :

• Monitor and patrol multiple premises to prevent and detect signs of unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, or suspicious activity.
• Work independently, maintaining a strong security presence throughout the facilities.
• Write detailed incident reports and daily logs with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Operate security equipment, including surveillance cameras, access control systems and vehicles.
• Conduct routine inspections of doors, gates, and alarm systems to ensure functionality.
• Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents, emergencies, or alarms.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with employees, visitors, and law enforcement.
• Utilize computer systems for report writing, access control, and communication.
