Join us to provide exceptional patient care and lead our NP hospitalist team to success! Our Division APP Hospitalist Director will collaborate with the ACNP Hospitalists, Physicians, Division and Section Chiefs, managers, and other local stakeholders to identify opportunities for practice improvement in the areas of clinical quality, patient satisfaction, provider satisfaction, and financial performance. This position will play a key role in ensuring the facilities maintains a patient centered focus and will act as a liaison between the APP team and the larger organization.

Opportunity Details :

• Acute Care Nurse Practitioner
• 3-5 years of Inpatient experience required
• Experience supervising other staff in coordinating the activities of patient care desired.
• 50% Clinical (Primarily a day position with occasional weekend and night rotations)
• 50% Admin Responsibilities
