Exception Processor

A company is looking for an Exception Processor to manage and update insurance data and resolve discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities

Research and resolve escrow disbursement discrepancies by making outbound calls to insurance agencies and updating loan files

Process and track incoming documentation while ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies

Review and update insurance documents, ensuring they are matched correctly to loan files

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required

Minimum of two (2) years of data entry, customer service, or related experience in a mortgage, insurance, or banking environment preferred

Basic understanding of insurance and mortgage escrow accounts

Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including MS Word and MS Excel

Able to type 35 WPM accurately
