SUMMARY :

We are looking for an Event & Retail Manager to join our Boston leadership team! They will be leading and coaching a team of marketing representatives, and helping the team improve performance. This role is responsible for driving non-media lead generation and brand awareness locally through in-person experiential marketing.

Please note : this position has a significant weekend work requirement of approximately 40 partial or full weekends per year. And requires travel throughout the service area : Southern NH, Central Mass, Southwest Mass.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training new team members.
• In-field coaching.
• Manages department calendar - includes negotiating with event sponsors and outside vendors to procure space for events.
• Oversees participation in events, sponsorship, retail partnerships and creation of lead-gen opportunities.
• Expense and P&L management of Events & Showroom; controls spend within budget.

Collaborates with internal partners such as Sales, Inside Sales, Talent Acquisition, HR & Finance
