A Day in the Life...

In your role as a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist, you will experience the rewarding essence of helping others. You'll play a crucial role in guiding clients to make informed decisions regarding their lives, careers, and finances, thereby fostering lasting client relationships.

What We’re Looking For...

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Flexibility to work on various schedules and locations
  • Experience in sales or marketing is a plus

Your Responsibilities Will Include :

  • Answering phones and warmly greeting clients to create an inviting atmosphere
  • Connecting clients with tax professionals who meet their specific needs
  • Scheduling appointments based on client preferences
  • Ensuring all client needs are addressed, whether in person, over the phone, or virtually
  • Maintaining a clean and organized office environment alongside team members
  • Carrying out additional tasks as assigned

    • Your Skills :

  • Experience in fast-paced environments
  • Background in customer service
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficient in computer use, particularly with Microsoft Office
