Role Overview

In this position, you'll connect with members who have requested information about their available benefits. You'll guide them through their options, answer questions, and ensure they receive the protection and clarity they need all in a fully virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations and phone meetings to review member benefit options
• Listen carefully, assess needs, and provide clear, accurate explanations
• Keep all digital documentation organized and up to date
• Collaborate with your team to achieve shared goals and maintain service quality
• Take part in training and development programs to strengthen professional skills
• Share ideas and feedback to help improve the overall member experience

Requirements

• Legally eligible to work in the United States or Canada
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Comfortable using Zoom and digital communication tools
• Strong communication and active-listening skills
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
• Experience in people-facing or fast-paced roles is an asset
